Steps to Access Paystubs, W2 or Make Changes to Direct Deposit

Step 1: Log onto the website https://payontime.trionworks.com

Select Register if you are a first-time user and have not created your Username and Password in Trion’s new platform.  

Step 2: Enter the requested information and create a username and password. Then select Register.

Step 3: Log into the Trion Web Portal using the same link.

Note:  If you have any difficulties creating or logging into the portal, you can use the Forgot Username? Or Forgot Password? features or contact Client Services at 248-498-8517.  

Steps to Request W-2

All W2’s will be mailed out by January 31st, 2025.

 

If you have moved and did not notify us, it’s possible you will not receive it. However, we should be able to provide you with a copy after January 31st if necessary.

You must email us at info@visionsstaffingsolutions.com with the following:

Subject – W-2 Request

In the body of the email, please request a copy and make sure you provide your complete first and last name with DOB.

We will send you a copy of your W-2 within 48 working hours. Your W-2 will be encrypted with a password. Your password will be the last 4 of your SSN and VSS (all caps Example: Last 4 are 1234 = 1234VSS). We do not provide your password.

Attendance Policy

If calling out sick, you will need to call our office at

657-900-0023 and do the following:

  • Call ONE HOUR BEFORE your start time of your work shift.

  • Leave your full name.

  • Let us know the reason your calling out.

  • Provide a number for us to reach you back.
